Day 9

After breakfast, we went for a field trip to the Silicon Valley. It is famous for its technology business and we are always looking forward to go there. First, we went to Google and took a group photo with the logo. We also saw some "Google bicycles" which is colored in green,yellow and red. They are used by the Google staff. We all think that it's creative and environmentally friendly. Afterwards, we went to the Computer History Museum. From the exhibitions, we learned the 2000 years history of computer, from how it was invented and how it was improving throughout the years. We understand that not only one man has invited the computer, the intelligence and knowledge to make a computer is accumulated. We believe that in the future years, technology will be more advanced,to a level that we can't imagine!

After we had lunch, we had a lesson about business and entrepreneurship. We learnt a lot about how to start a business, how to find customers, how to sell products, and we learnt how to attract customers to buy a product. We also get to know that every successful company must pass through the process of failure. This is a business concept but at the same time also taught us theWe played a lot of games as well. This lesson is very interactive and useful for the rest of our lives.

Later on, after dinner, we had recreational activities in our garden. We do tie dye and hennas. It is our first time to spray colorful dyes on white gees and create our very own unique teeshirts. We also draw hennas with brown paint on our hands,arms and legs. It is a kind of exotic art which originally comes from India.
