8.13.2014 Day 9 Group 6

This was a memorable day for all of us. We went to Silicon Valley, but we couldn't enter the headquarters of Google since they're very secretive. We then went to the Computer History Museum, in which the tickets were shaped like computer chips. The exhibition was about computer development and history. Ancient ways of calculation, old computers and electrical devices were shown. There were informative descriptions in front of the showcases. Who wouldn't find it intriguing?  We had an interesting morning and bought souvenirs.

We had our lecture at noon-- Business and Entrepreneurship. Two of our classmates received dollar bills by volunteering to have a imaginary collage self-introduction . Dr. Edwin Oh, who owns a company as a living apart from teaching, used interesting ways in helping us to remember special terms and useful ideas about marketing. He also played guessing games with us as to illustrate the abstract ideas. We had a great time.

We returned to our dorm after the lecture and invited other groups of the program to our dorm. Then, we did tie dye and henna together. We didn't really have a clue on what to do about tie dye, so we tried doing it randomly. we are still waiting for the result. we all hoped it would not look too horrible. The patterns for the hennas were also really gorgeous. It was such an exciting day.
