Day 4 (8/8/2014)
Today, our
first lesson was about artificial intelligence. We learned how to write an easy
program, how the computer works, and the history of “artificial intelligence”. We
watched short video clips which enhanced our knowledge on computer science and
robots. It was fascinating to see how technology has advanced so much
throughout the decades.
We had a healthy lunch! |
After that,
we had our class on US constitutional laws. We found out some persuasion
techniques such as scientific data and repetition which can help us a lot
throughout our daily lives. We gained some precious experience of debating and
it trained our immediate critical thinking and response.
For cultural
exchange with other groups which are involved in the Stanford International Youth Program. We performed a Chinese dance and also enjoyed the
performances of the other groups.
We had Thai
food for dinner which was very special!
