Day 12 (16/8/2014)

We are having our lunch:)

Today, we went on a field trip to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It was huge and there were a lot of different kinds of marine creatures to see! There were even playful penguins, sexy sea otters, jumping jellyfish, and colorful coral reefs. We even had the chance to touch starfish and sea cucumbers with our bare fingers!

After we’ve fed our eyes with the beauty of the underwater world, we went out to the balcony and got a breath-taking view of the ocean. With the telescopes provided, we could see the white seagulls flying in the sky, resting on the rocks, and floating on the surface of blue.

We went out on the streets of Monterey bay after we left the aquarium. There were exquisite seashore ornaments to see and to buy everywhere.

In the evening, we packed up our luggage. After the field trip tomorrow, we’re going to be taking our flight back to Hong Kong. We surely are going to miss this place!
